This package is for GDL student age 16 (includes permitting service not NJMVC fees) or 17 & up who are seeking to get a driver’s license in the state of New Jersey .

In one powerhouse of a class lasting 120 mins your lesson will be customized to the testing facility your test is scheduled for. You will learn all testing requirements and maneuvers. Understand what the instructor will be looking for. Mach test and so much more at an unbelievable price.

"I would like to start off mentioning, it's very important that parents be careful with the choice of which driving school is chosen because all driving schools do not offer the same quality of instruction as I found out with the driving school that initially taught my son his 6 hour requirement.
My son had an awesome experience with Mike and Shift Above 2 (who came highly recommended to fix driving issues). Mike was very patient, positive and did a great job building up my sons skill abilities and teaching him to feel more comfortable on the road and have the most control of the car as possible, which I felt the first driving school neglected to provide. Mike truly educated my son on how to drive safer and control the car.
I strongly believe the improvements with my sons driving and confidence boost is from his training with Mike. My concerns about my sons driving prior to training with Mike was:
First, issues with turns and curves. Mike provided the necessary understanding how to prepare for proper turning, positioning and correct bad turning without causing an accident or crashing while turning. Second, Mike trained him on how to properly control the petal pressure to maintain control of the car whether it be slowing down for sharp curves or turns and avoid too much speed reduction or over accelerating in or out of a curve or turn. Third, Mike taught him a more advanced way to scan and look ahead for potential hazards. Fourth, Mike taught him more in-depth about performing the requirements needed for passing the road test (he did), which I later found out the first instructor didn't cover much, so my son wasn't aware of what to do or proper way to perform them.
Overall, I see a much better driver in my son and the additional training he received from Mike was well worth the investment. Mike's teaching technique
is high caliber and you really get what you are supposed to get out of the training.
I would definitely recommend this driving school and Mike to anyone wanting to learn how to drive or pass the road test!

6 Hour GDL
This program is designed to go above and beyond the driver's education and is above all other behind-the-wheel programs out there. It explains the importance of multi-tasking as well as teaches how to drive with control. It provides an understanding of "the dynamics of a vehicle" and "how that plays a role in control". The program gives hands-on experience and tools, for the student, to become a safer, smarter driver. We customize our lessons based on our student’s needs. The date of permitting have a check made out to the NJMVC for $10.00.
